Hydrangea macrophylla Fasan (Pheasant)

Very similar to Geoffrey Chadbund. Fasan is a bright red lacecap ideal for alkaline soils – Palmerston, Hastings, Te Kuiti. The large sterile flowers are arranged in a double row almost hiding the small true flowers.
