Arthur Billard is a fantastic red mophead; one of the earliest to flower. It is one of the few macrophylla varieties to have autumn coloured foliage with leaves turning tones of red & yellow. It is a lovely compact plant ideal for growing in a pot or tub. An old variety – how this has been ignored for decades is a mystery.
