Hydrangea macrophylla Princess Juliana

Hydrangea macrophylla Princess Juliana

A lovely white mophead.  The flowers open a rich cream colour before changing to white.  If planted in shade they will turn pale green in autumn or if planted in a lighter situation will age pink. Princess Juliana is a great cut flower, and the autumn tones provide lovely dried flowers. It is reasonably sun tolerant for a white mophead, though does like protection from hot midday sun.
